Shipping

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped.  Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Black Pearl LA's warehouse hours are from 10am - 6pm PST Monday - Friday.  All orders are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. 

Domestic:

We ship Domestic orders using USPS, UPS, FedEx, 2Day Air, and Standard Overnight Shipping.  We offer free shipping on all orders over 150$.  Ground shipping takes around 3-6 days to arrive after being picked up by Fedex.  Please give express shipping options 1 day to ship after placing (except on weekends).

International:

All orders outside the US will be shipped using DHL. Shipping rates are calculated by the DHL calculator. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes before or after receiving the international order(s).
